JSC ROSOBORONEXPORT (part of the Rostec State Corporation) is the organizer of a joint Russian exhibit at the El Alamein International Airshow 2026, which will be held in the Arab Republic of Egypt at El Alamein International Airport from September 8 to 10, 2026.

New products from Russia’s defence industry will be demonstrated at the stands of ROSOBORONEXPORT, Almaz-Antey Air and Space Defence Corporation, Tactical Missiles Corporation and High-Precision Systems, a Rostec subsidiary. They will also be on display in the exhibition’s outdoor display area and in the skies over El Alamein.

“Egypt is Russia’s most important strategic partner. Military-technical cooperation between our countries has a long history and evolves continuously in line with global market trends. At the
El Alamein International Airshow 2026, ROSOBORONEXPORT has prepared an exhibit featuring the most advanced combat-proven Russian products for Egypt, Africa and the Middle East. We are showcasing the latest aircraft and their weapons, air defence systems, including counter-UAV solutions, loitering munitions and drones. A number of these products are completely new, shown for the first time anywhere in the world,” – said Alexander Mikheev, Director General of ROSOBORONEXPORT.

At the open static exposition of the El Alamein International Airshow 2026, ROSOBORONEXPORT will be showcasing its fifth-generation fighter jet, the Su-57E, armed with a variety of air-to-air guided missiles, including the RVV-MD2 short-range and the RVV-BD long-range missiles, the Kh-38MLE air-to-surface missile, the Kh-69 new-generation stealthy, precision-guided cruise missile and the Kh-58UShKE anti-radar missile. In addition, the presentation of the latest unmanned platforms, the S-71M and S-71K, for launch from
5th-generation fighter jets, is expected during the exhibition.

The modernized Yak-130M combat trainer will also be on display, along with its air-launched weapons. ROSOBORONEXPORT’s partners see it as a light combat aircraft thanks to its onboard AESA radar, self-defence and reconnaissance capabilities and an expanded range of guided air weapons.

The TKB-1167 air target engagement system is the absolute premiere of the Russian exhibit. It is a weapon station equipped with four tank machine guns and designed to autonomously and automatically detect, lock on, identify, track and destroy UAVs. The ZAK-30 Citadel anti-aircraft artillery system, featuring a programmable shell airburst system, is being showcased for the first time abroad.

The Pantsir-SMD-E SAM system and the Verba MANPADS are also on display at the exhibition. These systems occupy leading positions in the short-range air defence segment thanks to their excellent combat-proven performance in protecting military, administrative and industrial facilities against UAVs, missiles, and other threats. The Airspace Control System is offered as an air target detection facility.

ROSOBORONEXPORT expects increased attention to loitering munitions and UAV systems that have proven their performance in real-world conditions. These include the Lancet-E from ZALA, the Kub-10E, Kub-10ME and Kub-2E with the SKAT 350M reconnaissance UAV and the RUS-PE portable guided munition system from the world-renowned Kalashnikov Group, as well as the S350M-E high-performance reconnaissance UAV.

ROSOBORONEXPORT’s foreign partners are showing great interest in Russian products modernized based on combat experience. A modernized version of the Ka-52E reconnaissance/attack helicopter will be on display at the El Alamein International Airshow 2026, featuring the GOES-451M gyrostabilized EO system and the 305E light multipurpose guided missile.

ROSOBORONEXPORT is prepared to hold talks with delegations from friendly countries at the exhibition regarding the full range of weapons and military equipment on display. Furthermore, the Company has scheduled meetings with representatives of the armed forces and industry from African and Middle Eastern countries to discuss prospects for military-technical cooperation, including industrial partnership projects.
