Flight simulator manufacturer HAVELSAN, headquartered in Ankara, Türkiye, is proud to announce its support for the Turkish pilot training organization and full flight simulator training centre, International Flight Training Center (IFTC), a member company of Gözen Holding, through a contract award by IFTC to HAVELSAN for an Airbus A320 NEO/CEO Full Flight Simulator (FFS) with three engine options.
IFTC, a member of Gözen Holding, is Türkiye’s first independent simulator training centre. It has provided its customers with an excellent training environment with two training centres on different continents (one in Istanbul and one in Antalya). Both centres operate five FFS covering Airbus A320 and Boeing B737NG aircraft types. IFTC is internationally recognized for its support to a wide range of airlines and ATOs, fulfilling their pilot training requirements with precision and excellence.
In response to the strong domestic and international demand for full flight simulator capacity and training services, IFTC is investing in growing its training infrastructure across its training centres. HAVELSAN is passionate about supporting IFTC in expanding its pilot training infrastructure and enhancing Türkiye’s status as a leading global pilot training hub by providing additional training equipment to ensure the highest quality and efficient training capacity.
The HAVELSAN device is being installed at the beginning of the summer season in 2024 and will be the first Turkish-manufactured FFS in IFTC, marking a significant milestone for Türkiye, IFTC, and HAVELSAN.

The latest contract awarded by IFTC displays the confidence that airlines and simulator training centres have in HAVELSAN to support their pilot training operations through FFSs. HAVELSAN’s order book includes an order of eleven (11) FFSs and FTDs with a number of deliveries and EASA simulator certifications taking place over the last few months.
HAVELSAN is especially putting focus on providing industry-leading after-sales support and discussing long-term cooperation projects with customers. HAVELSAN is currently actively seeking additional airline or training centre operators to share information about its products and the unique offerings that it can provide.
