# HAVELSAN Demonstrates Coordinated Unmanned Air and Maritime Operations

_The field demonstration showcased the integration of an unmanned surface vessel
and an embarked UAV through HAVELSAN’s command and control, mission management and
autonomous capabilities._

HAVELSAN has demonstrated its ability to integrate unmanned air and maritime platforms
for coordinated missions. The demonstration brought together the [USV-12](https://www.havelsan.com/en/products/usv-12?utm_source=Press&utm_medium=Email&utm_campaign=press_usv12_pressrelease)
unmanned surface vessel (USV), manufactured by VN MARITIME, and the SAGAN unmanned
aerial vehicle (UAV), developed by ASİSGUARD.

During the demonstration, the USV navigated autonomously. The UAV took off autonomously
from the vessel, released a 60 mm mortar round onto a designated target and successfully
completed its mission.

the activity demonstrated the coordinated operation of different unmanned platforms,

**A Common Command and Control Architecture**

HAVELSAN develops its solutions with an interoperability approach aligned with NATO
standards. These solutions enable unmanned systems from different manufacturers 
to be integrated under a common command and control architecture and conduct coordinated
missions.
